Working closely with Laing O’Rourke, we have recently helped complete a £30 million restoration of the famous Leeds Grand Theatre bringing it back to its former glory and making it once again the prime theatrical venue in the north of England. Supplying and erecting steel within such small, delicate areas such as the orchestra pit, assembly rooms, stalls and stage areas were undertaken taking care not to damage any of the original Victorian features and décor.
Running alongside these delicate areas we have erected larger structures such as the new lorry lift, new scenery bridge, fly tower and brand new roof.
Overall 220 tonnes comprised the steelwork package to the refurbishment
